Bio: I'm a recent 200-hour certification graduate from the Himalayan Institute and my teachings have focused on hatha and power. I am excited to serve the community as both an instructor and co-learner!

My personal practice goes back to my college days when I began my struggles with stress and anxiety. In my time, I've found the mat to be an acceptable/safe space to bring emotions and discomforts. With the use of breathwork, slow movements, and mindfulness, my goal is to create a stronger sense of a mind and body connection, self love, and compassion!

Outside of the studio, you'll find me working with the University at Buffalo in orientation programs. I'm also a frequent runner that loves to explore the Buffalo area!
