Q. How early should I arrive before class and can i leave early?
A. We suggest arriving 10 minutes early so you can check in and get settled onto your mat in time for class to start. If you do arrive late, please be mindful of the class in session and set yourself up quietly. The door will be locked 5 mins after class begins. If you need to leave early, please let your instructor know ahead of time. We strongly encourage you to stay for the entire class if you can so as to minimize disruptions.
Q. What should I expect from a heated vinyasa class?
A. Our heated vinyasa classes are faster-paced, vigorous, sweaty and awesome. The heat helps to open your muscles up and allows you to access a deeper stretch into each movement. Come well-hydrated and ready for anything! The studio is heated to between 85-90 degrees and may not be suitable for all practitioners. Please consult your doctor if you have concerns about practicing in a heated space.
Q. What class/es do you recommend for a new student?
A. Every class is designed for EVERY body. Head over to CLASSES to read descriptions of our classes to find what might best appeal to you! Our instructors will assess the wants and needs of the students to provide a class that is both accessible and empowering. We provide modifications for poses to acknowledge the diversity of the practitioners. All we ask of you is to show up and honor what you need. We encourage you to speak with your instructor beforehand if you have questions, concerns, or injuries.
Q. What should I bring?
A. Bring a mat, towel and water bottle. We offer mat rentals for $5 and have a refillable water station. Turn your phone off. Leave your shoes and belongings in cubbies provided so as not to clutter the practice space. Please make sure to leave with all of your belongings. We are not responsible if you lose something.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Wear comfy, light clothes you can move freely in. The practice is done barefoot.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Please cancel your registration for classes held in the STUDIO or OUTDOORS at least two hours before class begins so that another person has the opportunity to register. Folks with drop-in or class passes will lose their class and not be eligible for a refund. If you are a Monthly Premium Auto-Renew Member or have an Intro Offer or One Month Unlimited pass you may be charged a $10 No Show fee that you will need to reconcile before you are able to book another class.
If you are attending a VIRTUAL class and you do not cancel two hours before class you will lose your class if you used a drop-in or a class from your pass.
Cancelling your registration returns your pricing option to your account so that you may use it at another time.

Q. How do I redeem a gift card?
A. Copy the gift card code and head to the heart fire yoga app!
On the bottom menu, click My Profile.
Click Billing.
Under Gift Card/ Redemption Code, enter the gift card code and hit Apply.
Your gift card will be applied to your account. You can then purchase a purchase option from the online store using your Account as tender.
Gift cards are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Q. Where do I park?
A. Free and ample parking is available on the street.
