Favorite Pose: Peaceful Warrior. It’s used as a transition so much and every time I see a row of students breathe into it, I see so much potential, open-hearted warriors, easeful and powerful, ready to fight the good fight.

Bio: A self-proclaimed ‘yoga nerd’, and YA E-RYT/CEP,  my background consists of years as a ballet dancer, practices in Ashtanga, vinyasa, Yin, hatha, power and hot 26/2 yogas. Ballet and a childhood ‘second mom’ brought me to yoga and life kept bringing me back, until I finally decided to teach, doing my first 200hr training in 2002. My trainings include Kundalini, vinyasa, yin, Inside Flow, and power yoga, SUP yoga and certification to teach paddle boarding without the yoga. I am also the founder/owner of Fluent Yogis, providing mentorship, continuing education, and workshops to post-YTT graduates and studios. I love dance, music, surfing, kickboxing and the vast and beautiful array of asana styles that inform my personal practice and teaching. I want every class to be an experience, so be ready for anything when you take my class.
