Bio: Yoga has influenced my life for over two decades. I received my teacher training from 8 Limbs Yoga Centers in Seattle in 2010. In my classes you can expect light-hearted energy, creative sequencing, and breath awareness. I encourage curiosity and playfulness to foster physical, mental and spiritual growth. I enjoy weaving in Ayurvedic principles, pranayama, mantra, mudra, and Vedic stories through the movement practice to create a rich experience.

My yin yoga classes aim to explore mindfulness and support the nervous system in quiet, passive poses.  By practicing yin yoga, you create more harmony within your physical and energetic bodies, increasing your overall well-being. My practice is a devotional one, and in my classes I will challenge you to practice with intention and devotion to your heart, body, and energy.
